As a proud Moroccan-American small business owner and Licensed Esthetician since 2012, my journey has taken me from Licensed Esthetician in Morocco to becoming a Certified Body Contouring Specialist in Miami, California, and a Licensed Advanced Esthetician in Ohio. Please arrive on time to fully enjoy your treatment. 3. **Food and Drink**: For everyone’s comfort, no food is allowed in the spa. However, beverages with screw tops are permitted. We provide water for your hydration needs. 4. **Arrival Protocol**: If you arrive early, please wait outside until your scheduled appointment time, as we need to clean and sanitize between clients for your safety. 5. **Health Considerations**: If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting any cold or flu symptoms, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Your well-being and that of our staff and clients is our top priority. 6. **Personal Hygiene**: A shower prior to your appointment is necessary. Hey Dear, Please Read all our Policies And Procedures Before Scheduling An Appointment! Please be on time! If you are more than 15 minutes late you will have to reschedule your appointment. You will be charged non refundable $20 to confirm your appointment, and the remaining balance will be paid on the spot cash / PayPal/ cash app/debit or credit cards/Mastercard/American express/discover/ visa Sessions paid and packages are non-refundable If you know you will not be able to make it to your appointment you can reschedule or please contact us within 24 hours to help you do so
